GigHub is the platform that you need to make your first gig. They charge a monthly fee. You don’t need to pay upfront, but if you don’t use them regularly you won’t make enough money to stay afloat.
How much do they charge?
I currently use a $7 a month plan which I’m sure you can work for free. It will take you about an hour to set up your first gig, after you’ve had a chance to get yourself organised and get your gig shop set up, you can spend the rest of your day promoting your gig. Some gigs make money every time you do something, while others don’t make anything. The idea is that you are always promoting your gigs, so you should have a good enough time span where it makes a difference. If you’re not a fan of online marketing, you can always opt for an alternative. If you think that that’s a little much, consider these alternatives.
